Hourly rates

Weekdays (private hirer’s): £20.00 per hour for the Main hall and £13.00 per hour for the Meeting Room – £28 per hour for both.
The minimum hire period is two hours but this includes use of the kitchen and car parking. The price for a day is upon application.

Weekends:  £28.00 for hire of the whole hall (sole use) minimum hire 2 hours.
Children’s Parties:  £90.00 for a four hour booking in the main hall. Includes the use of the kitchen, mini-PA / sound system and car parking. £25.00 per hour after 18.00 p.m.

If the Bar is required Staffing charges apply of an extra £50.00. THE BAR IS CASH ONLY.  NO ALCOHOL MUST BE CONSUMED AT CHILDREN’S PARTIES.

Teenage Parties:  Price on application

Christenings:  £180.00 for a four hour booking; ‘corkage’ for a ‘toast’ is £5.00 per bottle. Corkage is not allowed unless the Personal Licence Holder is present. No other alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises. Price includes use of kitchen, meeting room (for servery and B.C.H bar if used), mini-PA / sound system and car parking. Please note that the bar is cash only.

Evening Events in the Hall (6.00pm to midnight): £220.00 – includes the hall, bar, kitchen, servery (meeting room), tablecloths, mini-PA / sound system and steward (compulsory). Please note that the bar is cash only.

Weddings: The hall is available from 8.00am until midnight to host wedding receptions and an evening event; the charge is £850.00 and includes the hall, bar, kitchen, servery (meeting room), tablecloths, mini-PA / sound system and steward (compulsory),  car parking and terrace to rear of hall (the latter only until 11.00pm). Please note that the bar is cash only.
May we suggest you initially request a meeting with one of our Trustees who acts as a Wedding Co-ordinator.
We are able to host TWO marquee / tee pee weddings per year within our grounds. We strongly advise that you make your booking early. Price £1,250.00 for full day and hire of the  Hall the following day. A £250.00 returnable damage deposit is also charged. NB: we do not accept bookings for 18th birthday parties.
